Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms related to returns, refunds, and order cancellations for products purchased from HimTrishla (“we”, “our”, “us”).

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Customers may request a return if:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
  • The product has a manufacturing issue

To be eligible for return:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items without original packaging or missing components
  • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (as applicable)
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval

Shipping charges (if any) may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or defective products, customers may request:

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • A refund after verification

Replacement will follow the same inspection process as returns.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
  • If cancellation is approved, a full refund will be initiated (if payment was already made)

6. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide order details and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval from our team
  4. After approval, the product will be picked up or shipped back as instructed

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time:

  • Check your bank or payment account again
  • Contact your payment provider, as processing time may vary
  • If still unresolved, it may require additional verification
